About Us The Pro-Truth Pledge (PTP) is a science-backed nonprofit dedicated to fighting misinformation and restoring integrity to public discourse. We mobilize everyday citizens to hold politicians, journalists, and media figures accountable to a set of evidence-based honesty behaviors — grounded in peer-reviewed behavioral science research. Our global volunteer network is the engine that powers this mission.

Position Summary As a Fundraising Strategist, you'll fuel the PTP mission by securing the financial resources that keep our work growing. You'll develop and execute fundraising campaigns, cultivate donor relationships, and collaborate with other volunteers to weave fundraising into everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage digital fundraising campaigns including crowdfunding pages and matching-gift email drives
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value individual donors through email and phone outreach
• Collaborate with Event Organizers to integrate fundraising elements into in-person gatherings
• Track fundraising metrics and report results to PTP leadership

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience with fundraising, sales, or donor relations a plus
• Persistent, strategic, and motivated by results
• Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms or email marketing tools helpful
