Grace Community Care & Homes seeks a volunteer Housing/Community Services Board Member to help advance our mission of connecting individuals and families with care, housing support, and community resources.
LOCATION
This posting recruits board members in New Jersey. Board meetings take place quarterly by Zoom, with service supporting Grace Community Care & Homes and the communities we serve.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise on housing stability and resource navigation priorities; help strengthen community partnerships; bring community perspectives into board planning and program oversight.
QUALIFICATIONS
Housing services, community development, resource navigation, advocacy, or relevant lived experience. We value collaborative, dependable candidates who are committed to the mission.
BOARD SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
This is an unpaid volunteer board opportunity. Members attend one board meeting per quarter by Zoom, prepare for meetings, participate in fundraising efforts, and pay board dues. The dues amount and other service details will be discussed during the interview process before any commitment.
