ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for programs.
- Partner with Treasurer to oversee programs budget and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage program initiatives.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
- Manage program volunteers and key partnerships.
- Oversee our support groups and support group leads.
Qualifications
- Willing to commit to a 1-2 year term.
- Experience in program management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of LGBTQ+ community and nonprofit sector, preferred.
