ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for programs.
• Partner with Treasurer to oversee programs budget and resource allocation.
• Develop and manage program initiatives.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
• Manage program volunteers and key partnerships.
• Oversee our support groups and support group leads.

Qualifications

• Willing to commit to a 1-2 year term.
• Experience in program management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of LGBTQ+ community and nonprofit sector, preferred.
