    Description

    Elara Caring, one of the nation's largest providers of home-based and hospice care, is looking for compassionate volunteers willing to donate their time to provide exceptional end-of-life companionship to local hospice patients and their families. This can include:

    • Conversing with patients
    • Reading out loud to patients
    • Listening to/playing music
    • Recording memories via photos and scrapbooks
    • Providing grief support to families

    Hours are very flexible! You can choose from weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Typically, we ask you to donate an hour of your time once a week.
