    DonorSnap Database Specialist

    Good News Home is seeking a skilled volunteer with strong DonorSnap experience to help keep our donor data organized, accurate, and ready to support our mission of helping women in recovery.

    Responsibilities

      • Enter donor information and gifts into DonorSnap
      • Build and run reports for donor insights
      • Maintain clean, accurate, and organized data
      • Support donor acknowledgments and communication lists
      • Assist with tagging, segmentation, and data cleanup
      • Help improve how we use DonorSnap to strengthen donor engagement

    Qualifications

      • Hands‑on DonorSnap experience (required)
      • Strong data entry and reporting skills
      • Excellent attention to detail
      • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

    This role directly supports women on their journey to recovery. Hours are flexible, and remote volunteers are welcome.
