    Description

    Event & HR Manager Volunteers — MindGlow Hub (Hybrid / Remote)

    We are looking for enthusiastic and organized Event & HR Manager Volunteers to join the MindGlow Hub team and help coordinate events, manage volunteer engagement, and contribute to the growth of our flagship project, NeuroCanvas.

    This opportunity is ideal for students or early-career professionals passionate about mental health, creative arts, and youth empowerment, who want hands-on experience in leadership, team management, and event planning.

    Responsibilities

    Assist in planning and organizing online/offline art-psychology events and workshops.

    Manage volunteer onboarding, coordination, and communication.

    Support in preparing event materials, schedules, and feedback forms.

    Contribute ideas for creative engagement activities and campaigns.

    Maintain a positive, collaborative environment among team members.

    Desired Skills / Qualifications

    • Interest in psychology, art, or youth-led initiatives.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Experience or interest in event planning, HR, or project management.
    • Ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and work with diverse teams.
    • Positive, empathetic, and creative mindset.
