Who we are looking for:
You are expressive, adaptable, and comfortable leading group activities. You enjoy helping others step outside their comfort zones in a supportive, low-pressure way.
What will you be doing:
- Lead improv games and basic theater exercises
- Encourage creativity, communication, and teamwork
- Create a safe space for participation without performance pressure
- Adapt activities to different comfort levels
- Support group engagement and energy
Why is this job needed/important:
Theater and improv build communication skills, confidence, and creativity while fostering connection and teamwork.
Where: Idaho Youth Ranch Residential Center for Healing & Resilience (Caldwell)
Availability: One 2-hour session between the hours of 9:00am – 12:00pm MST; 1:00pm – 5:00pm MST (June 1–5; morning or afternoon)
To volunteer for this opportunity, you will need to be at least 18 years old.
