Our ideal candidate demonstrates:

    • Expertise in ethnographic, qualitative, and/or participatory research methods
    • Experience designing and administering surveys, leading focus groups, and conducting interviews
    • Strong understanding of research ethics and community-based research principles

The Assistant Program Director will support the development and delivery of a training course for young women serving as Research Fellows in Nepal. Responsibilities include:

    • Meeting virtually with research fellows abroad to deliver training, mentorship, and feedback
    • Supporting fellows as they apply methods in real-world community research projects

We value your expertise and your commitment to inclusive research. As a member of our team, you will:

    • Apply your research expertise to build local capacity and leadership among young women
