    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to volunteers and staff.
    • Assist with the setup and maintenance of computers, software, and digital tools.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
    • Support online meetings and virtual ministry activities.
    • Maintain records of IT equipment and software.
    • Assist with user account management and basic system administration.
    • Support website and technology related projects where required.
    • Promote safe and responsible use of technology.
    • Report technical issues and recommend improvements.
    • Perform other technology support duties as assigned.

    Person Specification:

    • Passionate about serving others through technology.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Organized and dependable.
    • Patient and willing to assist volunteers with varying technical abilities.
    • Able to work independently and within a team.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or relevant IT certification preferred but not required.
    • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
    • Good troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    • Experience providing technical support is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Commitment to continuous learning.
