    Description

    This is currently a volunteer position. Contributors will gain hands-on experience building real-world AI systems for public health impact.

    About the Role

    This unpaid volunteer Product Lead role guides strategy, roadmap, and real-world deployment of AI-powered healthcare chatbot systems.

    Commitment

    Qualifications

    • 3–7+ years experience in product management or program leadership
    • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or AI preferred
    • Strong cross-functional communication skills
    • Comfort working in early-stage environments

    Responsibilities

    • Define product vision and roadmap
    • Translate clinical needs into technical requirements
    • Prioritize feature development
    • Coordinate pilot deployments and gather feedback
    • Ensure alignment with public health mission
