Description
This positions supports the volunteer recruitment and engagement efforts across the state of Michigan for our critical high-priority positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies
- Build relationships with loca organizations, civic leaders, and volunteers
- Collaborate with support team to track data and assess program impact
- Lead volunteer recruitment events and campaigns
- Represent the organization at local events, meetings, and coalitions
- Report monthly outcomes and insights to the Director of Community Engagement
