Description
We're looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of families going through the overwhelming challenges of living with diabetes.
We plan free meaningful community events, small group meetups, and affordable dance classes and personal training to support every member of the family. We develop leaders, so you don't need experience in order to volunteer. Check our page for our full list of volunteer types we are looking for. This ad is for:
- Adult volunteers who want to plan/find resources for families, help with admin tasks, or lead a small group on a weekly basis
- Teens 13 years old+ looking for weekly community service hours
- College students in need of health-, marketing-, or nonprofit-related internships
Perks & Requirements:
- Weekly volunteering
- Hybrid opportunity with virtual and/or in-person experiences
- Must have reliable transportation for monthly in-person events
- Free continuing education provided

- Family of yours is family of ours! Your human and furry family members are welcome to attend events for free, certain volunteer appreciation experiences, and take part in any diabetes programming
- One of the few opportunities in Orlando that helps mentor and develop youth volunteers!
