    Community Kindness Day & Walk Volunteer shift

    Join Friendship Circle of Washington for Community Kindness Day & Walk & Roll on Sunday, October 18, at Mercerdale Park!

    We're looking for volunteers to help with event breakdown from 4:00–6:00 PM, including taking down booths, packing supplies, and cleaning up after an incredible afternoon celebrating friendship, kindness, and inclusion.

    A great opportunity for teens, adults, and groups of friends to give back to the community! Community service hours are available.

    Directions

    Location: Mercerdale Park, 77th Ave SE & SE 32nd St, Mercer Island, WA 98040.

    From I-90, take the Mercer Island Town Center exit and follow signs toward 77th Ave SE. Continue south to Mercerdale Park.

    Parking is available in the surrounding Town Center area. Please follow event signs and check in with the Friendship Circle volunteer team upon arrival.

    Mercer Island Light Rail is a few blocks away

    How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

    Please sign up to volunteer and arrive at Mercerdale Park by 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 18. Check in with the Friendship Circle team for your assignment. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, and be prepared to help with packing, breakdown, and cleanup. Feel free to invite friends to volunteer with you!
