Website Designer

Golden Experiences is seeking a skilled and mission-driven Website Designer to support the transition of our existing website to a more dynamic, user-friendly, and engaging platform. This volunteer will play a key role in enhancing how we connect with our community, supporters, and partners online.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to use their technical and creative skills to support meaningful social impact while building nonprofit web design experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess our current website structure and content
• Recommend and help transition to a more dynamic and engaging web platform
• Design a modern, accessible, and user-friendly website experience
• Improve site functionality, navigation, and visual appeal
• Ensure the website aligns with Golden Experiences’ mission, branding, and values
• Collaborate with the Golden Experiences team to implement updates and enhancements

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in website design and development (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar platforms)
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and responsive design
• Passion for nonprofit work, community empowerment, and health equity
• Reliable, collaborative, and able to manage a project-based commitment
• Portfolio or examples of prior work preferred (but not required)
