Description
The Peer Support Group Facilitator is responsible for leading structured, trauma-informed peer support groups that promote emotional wellness, personal accountability, and community connection. This role creates a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where participants can share lived experiences, build coping skills, and support one another in their recovery and personal development journeys.
The facilitator serves as both a guide and a peer ally, modeling healthy communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving while maintaining professional boundaries.
