    Help Inspire the Next Generation of Outdoor Explorers!

    Become an Open Space & Standley Lake Events Volunteer!

    Westminster Open Space and Standley Lake Regional Park and Wildlife Refuge are looking for volunteers to help chaperone our elementary-aged adventurers on Saturday field trips and outdoor activities from 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Participants will be dropped off by their families at Swim & Fit (3290 W. 76th Ave., Westminster, CO 80030)before we head out to explore the day's destination. Whether you can join us for one Saturday or all of them, we'd love to have your support! Each trip features a different theme and hands-on learning experience for kids.

    Scales, Tails, and Wiggly Trails - June 27th

    Roots & Wings - July 11th

    Junior Geologists - July 18th

    Animal Detectives - July 25th

    Graduation - August 1st
