Multilingual Hospice Volunteers for Companionship

We are seeking a multilingual volunteer to provide companionship and socialization to our patients.

Hospice volunteers are exceptional people. They donate their time and efforts to provide care and comfort for someone with a life-limiting illness – a labor of love that requires a special person with just the right touch. They have a passion for helping others and make a profound difference in the lives of the patients, families, and communities we are privileged to serve.

Some of the ways that volunteers help, include: providing companionship & socialization, being an active listener, reading aloud, listening to music, playing games, providing a quiet presence, helping with organizational projects and more.

Locations can vary. Locations could include patient's homes, assisted living facility, skilled nursing facilities, and others.
