Seeking Caring Volunteers to Visit Hospice Patients

Are you a college student, retired or just someone looking for a way to give back? There is no minimum time commitment; we will work with your schedule.

Gentiva Hospice (formerly, Kindred Hospice) is currently seeking volunteers to visit terminally ill, hospice patients all over the Omaha area, Bellevue, Plattsmouth, Fremont, Ashland, Louisville and surrounding areas. Volunteers read to patients, play games, watch movies, craft or even simply sit with a patient so their caregiver can get a short break to go shopping, do errands or attend appointments.

Hospice volunteers are people with a giving heart and compassion so if this sounds like you; we'd love to have you as part of our team! Orientation and training provided! Come make a difference!
