    Description

    SUMMER CAMP VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!

    DESCRIPTION:

    Project Libertad seeks volunteers to serve as volunteer camp counselors for immigrant children in the Norristown School Area to help provide a weekly safe space to newcomer immigrant students in middle school.

    Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required!

    • REQUIRED: Background Checks (PATCH, Child Abuse, FBI) & Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination**

    DATES & TIMES:

    July 7th - August 6th

    3 days a week Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 9am to 12pm,

    (Hours & availability are flexible!)

    Project Libertad is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that empowers newcomer immigrant youth and their families by providing essential, youth-led, and youth-centered legal and social services.

    ​We envision a world where all newcomer immigrant youth have access to the legal services, social services, academic support, and leadership opportunities needed to thrive.
