    Outdoors for All transforms lives through outdoor recreation, making skiing, kayaking, cycling, rock climbing, and more accessible to children and adults with disabilities across Washington State-especially in King County.

    Volunteers are essential to our mission, and we’re always looking for enthusiastic, committed individuals to join our team! Whether you're helping with year-round recreation programs, supporting fundraising events, or assisting behind the scenes, there are many ways to get involved.

    We offer a variety of roles and flexible shift times to fit your schedule. With over 3,000 participants served annually, your time and energy can truly help change lives through the power of the outdoors.
