Description
The Volunteer Patient Companion -Home and Facilities is a member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team and performs duties with supplement, but do no substitute for, professional services. The volunteer can provide empathetic, nonjudgmental, listening and caring presence for the hospice patient.
