    FRIENDSHIP VISITS FOR FEMALE HOSPICE PATIENT IN COLFAX NC 29235

    NO HANDS ON CARE REQUIRED. FEMALE PATIENT AND CAREGIVER REQUESTING VOLUNTEER FOR COMPANIONSHIP/FRIENDSHIP VISITS FOR TALKING. OPPORTUNITY REQUIRES 12.5 HOURS OF ONLINE OR IN OFFICE TRAINING (WHICH EVER IS PREFERRED) BACKGROUND CHECK, COPY OF CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENSE AND VEHICLE INSURANCE AND A TUBURCOLOSIS TEST PROVIDED IN OFFICE LOCATED IN ADVANCE NC OR CAN MEET WITH NURSE IN MUTUAL LOCATION. BACK GROUND CHECK IS ALSO PAID FOR BY WELL CARE HOSPICE.

    Please complete application on website listed or print application and email to bhoots@wellcarehealth.com or deliver to 146 Dornach Way Bermuda Run NC 27006. Please call Brandie (volunteer coordinator) with any questions or concerns at 910-622-2013. Will require picture of NC driver's license and current vehicle insurance as well. Training can be done in person or online with the exception of interview and orientation which can be done in office or public mutual meeting place per request in your area.
