Description
If you’ve worked in community health, social services, or human services long enough, you know the referral problem: the resource exists, the family needs it, and the gap between those two things is where people fall through.
What you’ll do:
Researching and reaching out to organizations and licensed professionals, evaluating whether they’re the right fit for the families we serve.
This is how dogs stay with their families.
What we need:
- Your experience working within referral systems and understanding where they fall short.
- Strong judgment about resource quality.
- Ability to work independently.
