Description
This volunteer position
- Is for a premed who has recently taken the MCAT, scoring in the 90th percentile or above in CARS.
- Can be scheduled however the premed wishes, with as few students or as many students as the premed wishes. Thus, this volunteer position can be conveniently fit between the other activities that the premed is doing to make himself/herself more attractive to med schools.
- Reflects well on the premed, who would be helping low-income underrepresented qualify for med schools

- Thank You for considering helping EEF in the effort to diversify the medical field!
- You've already proven your skills @ mastering the MCAT (ie, scoring in over the 90th percentile rank on any MCAT section you'd tutor). Now that you've taken the MCAT, don't let those skills go to waste! Use 'em to
- help others (ie, low-income underrepresented premeds) in their treks to med school
- help diversify med schools in the short term, and the medical field in the long term
- EEF will provide you with field-proven tutoring procedures that will enable you to help more efficiently and effectively, thereby enabling you to squeeze into your busy schedules MCAT Prep tutoring that accomplishes a lot in a brief amount of time:
- EEF's tutoring methods (EEF's Founder/Director Dan Jetter developed these over 28 years of professional tutoring) dovetail with the methods of independent study (ie, the study BETWEEN sessions) that EEF trains its students in.
- EEF uses free and low-cost resources (especially from Jack Westin, such as the free CARS Question Bank and low-cost JackWestinPlus), that dovetail both with EEF's tutoring, and with the students' independent study.
