Role Summary
The Marketing & Outreach Volunteer will support the Transcendent Parenting Project (TPP) by raising visibility, building brand awareness, and engaging the community. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creative storytelling, digital engagement, and connecting with people. Volunteers in this role will contribute to social media campaigns, design materials, draft newsletters, support event marketing, and help build relationships with community partners. Their work will directly support TPP’s mission to create healthier, more collaborative co-parenting relationships.

Ability to craft compelling narratives that communicate TPP’s mission, values, and impact in ways that resonate with families, donors, and community partners.
Comfortable using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to design, schedule, and engage audiences through posts and campaigns.
Familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and capable of producing visually consistent materials aligned with TPP’s brand style guide.
Strong skills in writing blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and event copy that inspire action and build trust with TPP’s audiences.
Confident in representing TPP at events, sharing the mission with community members, and connecting with potential partners or volunteers.
Ability to track, interpret, and report on outreach performance, including social media analytics and website traffic, to refine strategies.
Works effectively with staff, board, and other volunteers, adapting quickly to evolving campaign needs in a fast-paced pre-launch environment.
