    Description

    About Us:

The Phoenix is a nonprofit building sober communities with people who are in recovery, are sober, or are allies of folks who are. This is done through events like yoga, walks, arts & crafts, and so much more! To see an example of the wide-ranging events that The Phoenix offers, visit https://thephoenix.org/explore-events. All are free to join with 48 hours of sobriety.

The ultimate impact Phoenix seeks is to help individuals not only achieve sobriety, but to thrive in recovery. The Phoenix Model is unique because of its non-clinical approach that uses the power of human connection and positive coping mechanisms.

We are looking for yoga instructors to volunteer to teach a yoga class for our sober active community!

    • Have experience with or are an ally towards sobriety, recovery, or being substance-free
    • Are passionate about and committed to social justice and mental health

    Responsibilities:
