Description
Peace for Every Pet is a new organization and we could really use a volunteer bookkeeper!
I have created a comprehensive Google workbook via Claude to help budget and create financial statements, but I am the veterinarian who will be providing the program services and don't have a background in accounting.
What we need help with:
- Recording transactions
- Reconciling bank accounts and trial balance
- Preparing financial statements
- Filing W-2s
- Maintaining IRS compliance and accessible financial records
Ultimately, we are only just getting started and we want to start and continue with the right financial documentation so we don't have to clean up huge messes later. Thank you!
