Description
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help support and coordinate a variety of environmental programs and events. We are looking for several volunteers to assist our team leads with initiatives such as the Green Business Network, Bike Life Program, and several annual community events. Board Member Opportunities
Board members play an important role in supporting the organization’s overall operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs and events. Board members contribute their skills, experience, and ideas to help strengthen our processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.
Board Secretary
We are also seeking a Board Secretary to support the Board’s administrative and organizational needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Record and distribute accurate minutes of board meetings
- Maintain organized and accurate board records
- Schedule regular board meetings and assist with meeting coordination
- Support communication and follow-up on board actions and decisions
- Perform other duties as required to support the effective functioning of the Board
