About IUPS:

Founded in 1988, the International University of Professional Studies (IUPS) is a pioneer in mentor-based, holistic online graduate education. Our programs integrate mind, body, and spirit across fields like Consciousness Studies, Counseling Psychology, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Professional Coaching. We are a small nonprofit university with a long history of empowering students to serve humanity with awareness and compassion.

We want to preserve our mission for many years to come but are unfortunately facing significant financial challenges. We would greatly appreciate the assistance from interested volunteers!

The Opportunity:

As the holidays approach, we’re facing an urgent need to build a funding base to sustain scholarships, faculty mentorship, and program innovation. We’re seeking a volunteer Grant Writer who can help us identify funding opportunities, draft compelling proposals, and assist with submission processes.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with IUPS’s mission
• Draft, edit, and submit grant proposals and letters of inquiry

Qualifications:

• Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or related nonprofit work
• Experience with navigating Candid's Foundation Directory
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Passion for higher education, consciousness studies, or holistic human development (preferred but not required!)
