We believe in creating safe spaces, building strong relationships, and helping people move toward stability and success.

    Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals who have a passion for helping others and who want to gain valuable experience to strengthen their résumé. As a Volunteer Program Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of our youth and community programs.

We do offer some remote opportunities, but we strongly prefer hybrid volunteers who can support both virtual tasks and in‑person program days when needed.

    • Support youth participants during sessions (in‑person or virtual)
    • Help prepare materials, resources, and program documents
    • Communicate with participants, families, and volunteers as needed
    • Track attendance, collect feedback, and help maintain program records
    • Collaborate with the Program Coordinator and Executive Director on program needs
    • Contribute ideas to strengthen program engagement and impact

    Qualifications

    • Passion for community service, youth development, or helping others
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
    • Comfortable with hybrid work (remote tasks + in‑person program days)
    • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
    • Ability to commit to at least 6 months

    Time Commitment

Hybrid preferred. Remote tasks are available, but in‑person participation is needed during active program sessions and events.
