    Its P Foundation Inc. is currently seeking a visionary and skilled volunteer to take on the crucial role of "Dream Builder." This role is a strategic opportunity to connect our purpose with vital funding partners.

    Established in April 2023, our foundation is at an exciting, foundational stage, and this position is pivotal for securing the external resources necessary to transform our mission and programs into reality in 2026.

    The Vision: Why This Role Matters

    The Dream Builder is the key connector between our community mission and the financial support needed to execute it. This role is about securing resources that allows Its P Foundation to grow and serve.

    • Securing Investment: You will be instrumental in identifying and securing micro-grants, grants, in-kind donations, and other types of funding from providing the financial fuel for our operational capacity and program expansion.
    • Demonstrating Stewardship: Through written proposals and reporting, you will showcase the foundation's dedication to responsible fund usage, which is essential for attracting and retaining future partners.
    • Enabling Mission-Driven Work: Every successful grant application directly translates into increased resources for our core activities, ensuring our staff and volunteers can focus on creating maximum positive impact in the community.

    The Mission: Project Goal and Activities

    The primary focus of this project is to establish a robust, proactive, and successful grant writing pipeline for Its P Foundation Inc., from initial identification to final reporting.

    Activity

    Description

    Research & Identification

    Proactively identify and vet funding sources (private, corporate, and government) that align specifically with the mission and current stage of Its P Foundation Inc.

    Proposal Development

    Write clear, compelling, and persuasive grant proposals and letters of inquiry, gathering all necessary program data and documentation to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.

    Reporting & Stewardship

    Prepare timely and accurate follow-up reports for awarded grants, ensuring all requirements are met and documenting the successful impact of the funded programs.
