    Description

    Secretary (elected)
    • Record minutes during monthly meetings and distribute (via email) to all active LVICO volunteers within 10 days of periodic meeting
    • Maintain historical record of meeting attendance, member roster, other organization materials, including minutes
    • Ensure that LVICO correspondence and fundraising thank you letters are written and shared with the Chair for edits and distribution
