    Help Bring Meaningful Events to Life

    Do you enjoy planning events, staying organized, and being part of something bigger than yourself? Join Young Mothers, Inc. as an Event Support Coordinator and play a key role in creating impactful experiences for young mothers and families in our community.

    From intimate workshops to larger community events, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly, while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in event planning and nonprofit programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning and organizing virtual and in-person events
    • Help build event timelines, run-of-show documents, and checklists
    • Support logistics to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish
    • Help coordinate volunteers and assign roles during events
    • Work closely with Programs, Communications, and other team members
    • Assist with communication to event attendees and participants
    • Help ensure a welcoming, organized experience for all guests
    • Track attendance and gather participant feedback
    • Support post-event follow-ups and basic reporting

    Qualifications

    • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
    • Strong time management and multitasking skills
    • Interest in event planning, nonprofit work, or community engagement
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
    • Adaptable in fast-paced or dynamic environments
