Digital Designer Volunteer

Our non-profit organization is seeking a creative and talented Digital Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing digital content for our website, social media, and other digital platforms. The Digital Designer will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other digital assets. What You Will Do:

• Design and produce high-quality digital content, including graphics, videos, animations, and other visual elements for our website, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts and strategies for digital content.
• Ensure that all digital content is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with our messaging and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital design, and apply them to create innovative and engaging content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members on digital design projects as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital design, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Excellent design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices for website and social media design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
