    Volunteer Director of Partnerships

    Remote | Volunteer Leadership Position | 20–25 Hours Weekly

    About LoopRoots Foundation

    LoopRoots Foundation is a rapidly growing nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting justice-impacted individuals and families through transportation assistance, housing stabilization, workforce development, food access, wellness support, reentry services, and community-based programs.

    As we continue expanding across multiple states, we are seeking a mission-driven Volunteer Director of Partnerships to help establish and strengthen strategic relationships with nonprofits, businesses, government agencies, healthcare systems, foundations, and community stakeholders.

    Position Overview

    The Volunteer Director of Partnerships will lead the development of strategic partnerships that expand the reach and impact of LoopRoots Foundation programs. This individual will play a key leadership role in identifying collaborative opportunities, developing referral networks, securing community resources, and supporting organizational growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities
    • Build relationships with nonprofits, corporations, government agencies, and community organizations
    • Develop and implement partnership outreach strategies
    • Assist with sponsorship, donation, and resource development efforts
    • Coordinate partnership meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
    • Support the expansion of referral networks and collaborative programs
    • Maintain partnership records and relationship management activities
    • Work closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Experience in business development, partnerships, community engagement, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, sales, or related fields preferred
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Passion for community impact and social services
    • Comfortable representing the organization in meetings and networking opportunities

    Time Commitment

    • Approximately 20–25 hours per week
    • Remote volunteer position
    • Flexible scheduling
