Are you ready to be a hero in your community? Vitalant needs passionate, friendly volunteers to help us save lives in the El Paso area. If you love meeting new people, supporting a great cause, and want to make a real impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome & Check-in Donors: Be the friendly face that makes our donors feel at ease.
• Provide Friendly Support: Answer questions, explain the donation process, and offer assistance with a smile.
• Set Up & Keep Things Neat: Help with the setup, and maintain cleanliness in the reception and canteen areas.
• Restock & Rehydrate: Ensure the canteen is stocked with snacks and drinks, encouraging donors to stay refreshed after giving.
• Help Keep the Flow Going: Assist with reminder calls, rescheduling appointments, and any follow-up activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age 16+ and ready to help
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• A friendly, positive attitude (you’re the face of Vitalant!)
• Comfortable working with people from all backgrounds
• Reliable transportation to our events
• At least 50 hours of volunteering per year (we know you’ve got it in you!)

• Training: You’ll receive a virtual orientation and specific training to become a Blood Drive Ambassador.
