    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and educational initiatives.
    • Utilize ICT tools to enhance training delivery and program effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.

    Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

    Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the foundation’s programs.

    Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
