    Description

    Grant Manager

Humanity Pathways Global (HPG) is seeking a highly motivated Grant Manager to join our dynamic Development Department. Working under the supervision of the Grant Director and in coordination with the Chief Development Officer, the Grant Manager will be responsible for transforming internal research and data analysis into polished, compelling grant proposals. This role is pivotal in securing funding for a range of humanitarian, educational, and leadership-based initiatives both in the U.S. and internationally.

The ideal candidate will excel at interpreting dashboards, reports, and business intelligence produced by our research analysts to craft funding narratives that align with each program’s mission and measurable impact. The Grant Manager will maintain an organized workflow of submissions, assist in coordinating fundraising calendars, and ensure that proposals meet donor criteria and deadlines. Strong writing, attention to detail, and familiarity with grant databases such as GrantStation are essential.

This is a virtual volunteer position with an expected commitment of 5-10 hours per week. You’ll meet weekly with the Grant Director, collaborate with internal departments via Slack, Confluence, Google Drive, and use Trello to manage tasks and deliverables. Your work will directly support programs like youth leadership academies, robotics education, and international nonprofit partnerships-helping grassroots projects access the resources they need to thrive.
