    Description

    Being part of the Shine On Youth Outreach Committee offers a meaningful way to connect with the community and help expand the organization’s impact. Committee members strengthen Shine On’s reach while developing valuable relationship-building and leadership skills. Key responsibilities and opportunities include:

    Helping plan and support outreach initiatives that engage local youth and partners.

    Representing Shine On at events, workshops, and community activities. (Virtually and in your community)

    Collaborating with peers to brainstorm new ways to connect with and support youth.

    Promoting programs and opportunities through schools, social networks, and community groups.

    Building confidence, communication skills, and real-world experience in community engagement.

    Assisting Shine on Youth in growing their organazation
