Custodial Janitor - full-time

To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the JAARS facilities in such a manner which assures an attractive, pleasant, and sanitary environment for personnel, customers, and guests. This is a full-time Janitor position.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform duties and tasks as outlined in responsibilities below and other tasks requested by supervisor or administrative staff.
• Clean restrooms.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Clean entrances and glass doors.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and order supplies thru Admin-Janitorial supervisor.
• Empty trash.
• Respond with flexibility to unexpected requests that may arise from supervisor.

• High school diploma.
• Good customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning methods.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
