Description
Hope Health Care can can help you build your resume and help you gain valuable experience in working with family and friends of hospice patients. Bereavement Follow-up Phone Volunteers make phone calls to the family and friends of a loved one who has recently died to provide comfort and support, refer to bereavement counselor if appropriate and to request a positive review on social media sites. Volunteers must be emotionally mature, and sensitive with excellent communication skills. These phone calls are made from the volunteers home or office, however the volunteer must have access to a computer and the internet.
This opportunity can be done from your home or one of two of our offices, Garland or Greenville.
