    Description

Volunteer Work Day - April 25th

Join us for a volunteer workday at Central Texas Pig Rescue and spend a few hours helping out around the sanctuary while meeting some amazing pigs! Workdays are approximately three hours long and give you the chance to learn about CTPR, our residents, and why pigs are such incredible animals. Volunteers help with a variety of chores needed to keep the sanctuary running, and you’ll also have plenty of opportunities to give the pigs love, attention, and belly rubs. Supervised children ages 10 and up are welcome, and we encourage families to discuss proper animal etiquette beforehand; children under 10 are better suited for our other events or tours. This is a hands-on workday, so be prepared to get a little dirty—please wear weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes, and work gloves. After registering, you’ll receive an email with details about the location and what to expect. Come make a difference, enjoy the beautiful Enchanted Pig Forest, and spend time with some truly special animals!
