About the Role
We're looking for an IAM Specialist to help manage identity and access across EMG PRD's growing digital ecosystem. You'll ensure the right people have the right access to the right systems — securely and efficiently — as our volunteer base expands globally.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain identity and access management processes
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across platforms
- Define and enforce access control policies and role-based permissions
- Support account security practices across Google Workspace, Odoo, and other tools
- Document IAM policies and procedures for the organization
What We're Looking For
- Experience in identity and access management or IT security
- Familiarity with access control models and provisioning workflows
- Reliability and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!)
- Any professional background welcome — IAM experience matters most
