🤝 Community & Events Volunteer

✨ Role Summary The "heart" of the JJ Center is our people! We are looking for three Community & Events Volunteers to help us build a culture of appreciation and joy. Your goal is to make sure our volunteers feel celebrated and connected. This is a creative, high-energy role where you work as a "Morale Squad" to keep the positive vibes flowing across our virtual organization.

What You’ll Do (Shared with your Squad):

• Celebration Notes: Use AI tools to help draft and send out fun announcements for holidays, birthdays, and team milestones.
• Saying Thank You: Work with your squad to create small incentive programs or "shout-outs" to recognize our hard-working volunteers.
• Gathering Support: Help plan the "community" part of Town Halls and meetings (like icebreakers or fun slide designs).
• Vibe Checks: Suggest creative ways to keep a remote team feeling like a close-knit family.

Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Creative & Positive: You love brainstorming fun ways to make people smile.
• Warm Writer: You can write messages that feel encouraging and personal.
• Tech-Curious: You are happy to use tools like Gemini or Canva to make announcements look great.
