MRC volunteers include medical professionals such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, veterinarians, epidemiologists, along with many other community members, such as interpreters, social workers, chaplains, teachers, office workers, legal advisors, EMS, law enforcement and many others who can fill key support positions. We can use anyone!
Why Volunteer?
You never know when your community might need you.
The success of our response to a large-scale public health event, such as a pandemic or bioterrorism attack, depends on how quickly and effectively we can mobilize MRC volunteers
As an MRC volunteer, you'll learn about personal and community preparedness, public health and emergency management. You'll also have opportunities to learn life-saving skills that anyone can use, and leadership skills and communication skills you can use anywhere!
