We work in Kenya, Burundi, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, partnering with communities to drive sustainable change and amplify local voices.     Role Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and proactive fundraising volunteer to support the shipment of 20-foot and 40-foot containers to key intervention locations. The volunteer will play a critical role in mobilizing the remaining funds needed to complete these shipments successfully.

    This position offers the opportunity to lead fundraising initiatives, generate creative ideas, and implement strategies, while working under the guidance of our experienced team. The volunteer will be responsible for ensuring fundraising goals are met and deadlines are achieved.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead fundraising efforts for specific shipment campaigns
    • Develop and implement creative fundraising strategies using diverse techniques
    • Generate ideas to engage donors and mobilize resources efficiently
    • Collaborate with the team while managing a directed mission independently
    • Track progress and ensure fundraising targets and deadlines are met

    Candidate Profile:

    We are looking for a volunteer who is:

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
    • Skilled in fundraising techniques and donor engagement
    • Able to work independently while following guidance from the team
    • Creative, strategic, and committed to achieving campaign goals
    • Experienced in fundraising, nonprofit, or development work is preferred
