Short summary: Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and youth organizations to bring mentorship and career programs to more young women. Remote and flexible, with occasional in-person outreach.

    About us

Pretty With Purpose, Inc. is a nonprofit empowering young women ages 12-19 through mentorship, leadership development, college and career readiness, health and wellness, financial literacy, and workforce development. Community partners are how we reach the young women who need these programs most.

    What you will do

    • Build relationships with schools, youth-serving agencies, businesses, and community leaders
    • Introduce PWP’s mission and programs to parents, educators, and organizations
    • Find opportunities to recruit participants, mentors, volunteers, and supporters
    • Research partners who can offer speakers, facilities, resources, or other program support
    • Spot community events, resource fairs, and school activities where PWP can show up
    • Keep an organized database of contacts, partners, and outreach activities
    • Share progress and ideas for improving outreach with the Director of Philanthropy & Strategic Development

    Who you are

    • A strong communicator and relationship builder
    • A self-starter who researches independently and follows up
    • Organized, with good time-management skills
    • Genuinely interested in youth development and community impact
    • Preferred, not required: experience in community outreach, public relations, nonprofit work, partnership development, or CRM tools
    • Career changers, students, and early-career professionals are welcome

    What you will gain

    • Hands-on experience in outreach, partnership development, and nonprofit engagement
    • A growing professional network across schools, businesses, and community organizations
    • A flexible way to volunteer around your own schedule
    • A meaningful role in expanding access for young women

    Commitment

Unpaid volunteer role, remote, with occasional in-person events. Hours are flexible, based on your availability. Reports to the Director of Philanthropy & Strategic Development.
