Basic knowledge of baseball rules is a plus, but not required. We provide training and mentoring. Our primary season operates from mid-May to early-July (weekends and some evenings).

Are you passionate about baseball and dedicated to providing a positive experience for young athletes? Do you desire to make an impact beyond your local league? PONY Baseball and Softball offers a unique opportunity to be involved at the regional and state level, shaping the game and players on multiple levels. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to serve as Field Directors in the Bay Area.
