Opportunity Description

Lean Impact Alliance is looking for a Nonprofit Voice Volunteer to help tell our story — through website content, social posts, and newsletters. We're especially interested in volunteers curious about using modern tools like AI writing assistants and chatbots to make content creation faster and more effective.

No professional communications background required — just strong writing and curiosity about new tools.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for our website, social media, and newsletters
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) and chatbots to speed up drafts and brainstorming
• Help tell stories about our programs, partners, and volunteers
• Keep a simple content calendar organized
• Create basic graphics using templates (Canva or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong, clear writing
• Curiosity about AI tools, LLMs, or chatbots for content work — no expertise required
• Interest in nonprofit communications or social media
• Comfortable with basic tools like Canva (a plus, not required)

International Students

Immigration requirements depend on the student's status, academic program, school policies, assigned responsibilities, and whether the experience is intended to qualify as CPT, OPT, academic credit, or another authorized practical experience.

Compensation

This is an unpaid volunteer position. No wages, stipend, employee benefits, visa sponsorship, or promise of future employment are provided. Any reimbursement is limited to documented expenses approved in writing before they are incurred.
