Whitman Elementary Snowball Winter Dance Support

The Snowball Dance is one of Whitman Elementary’s most joyful winter traditions—a festive evening where students and families celebrate with music, dancing, and community fun. To make this event shine, we rely on volunteers to help create a magical, well-organized experience.

We’re looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to assist with setup, decorations, snack sales, activity stations, and cleanup. If you enjoy bringing a little sparkle to community events, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved!

Volunteer Roles May Include:

• Decorating & Setup: Transform the space into a winter-themed dance floor.
• Admissions & Check-In: Welcome families and manage entry.
• Concessions: Sell snacks, drinks, and treats to support PTSA fundraising.
• Activity or Photo Booth Support: Help students participate and capture memories.
• Supervision & Flow Support: Ensure a safe, smooth event by monitoring activity areas.
• Cleanup Crew: Assist with breakdown and resetting the space afterward.
